Frequently Asked Questions

  • What curriculum or learning approach do you follow?

We use a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on the whole child—encouraging cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Each age group participates in hands-on activities, structured learning, and guided exploration to build foundational skills.

  • How do you ensure the safety and well-being of the children?

Safety is our top priority. Our facility is securely monitored, staff undergo background checks and CPR/First Aid training, and we follow strict pick-up procedures. We also maintain low staff-to-child ratios to ensure individualized attention and care.

  • Can I visit or check in on my child during the day?

Of course! We have an open-door policy for enrolled parents. However, we ask that you not visit between 12:30-2:30 as our littles will be napping during that time. You can also stay connected through the Procare App, which provides real-time updates, photos, and messages from your child’s teachers throughout the day.

  • What is your sick child policy?

Children showing symptoms of illness such as fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions must stay home until symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication. This helps protect the health of all children and staff in our care.

  • Are meals and snacks provided?

Yes! We offer nutritious meals and snacks daily, including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Meals are prepared according to age-appropriate guidelines and dietary needs.

  • What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, providing flexibility for working families with both full-time and before/after school care options.
